Our most popular building, the Fasching Haus is located in the heart of downtown Aspen featuring a beautiful exterior, spacious layouts, and wonderful on-site amenities. These Aspen condo rentals are located only two blocks from Aspen Mountain and Gondola Plaza and within walking distance to Lift 1A. No matter what time of the year you visit, Aspen is a vibrant mountain town loaded with exciting outdoor adventure opportunities, great bars and restaurants, and fantastic shopping.
After a long day's adventures, this luxurious two-level townhouse features a sunny living area that opens to the kitchen and dining area. Guests will appreciate the high-end finishes including hardwood floors, beautiful furniture, and air conditioning. Skip the steakhouse and whip up a quick meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, offering beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an expansive island with bar seating for eight. seating.
On the second floor, suitable for three couples or a family, the bedding arrangements include a King bed in the primary bedroom and two Twin beds in each guest room, which can be converted into King beds with comfortable bed bridges. This rental can be combined with Fasching Haus Unit 10 to form a six-bedroom condominium, one of the only large condos available in downtown Aspen! All three bathrooms include beautiful granite countertops and stand-alone steam showers. For additional guests, the living room provides a sleeper sofa.
Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with grill, on-site free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room. This complex has no elevator. Located only two blocks from the Gondola, and two from City Market, you’ll have quick and easy access to Aspen’s most exciting attractions, without the need to rent a vehicle.
