Our most popular building, the Fasching Haus is located in the heart of downtown Aspen featuring a beautiful exterior, spacious layouts, and wonderful on-site amenities. These Aspen condo rentals are located only two blocks from Aspen Mountain and Gondola Plaza and within walking distance to Lift 1A. No matter what time of the year you visit, Aspen is a vibrant mountain town loaded with exciting outdoor adventure opportunities, great bars and restaurants, and fantastic shopping.
After a long day's adventures, this two-level townhouse boasts an open living area with high-end finishes and a wood-burning fireplace. The open living area is located on the top floor and features a dining room table that seats 6, ideal for family meals. Above the fireplace, you’ll appreciate a flat-screen television with plenty of plush seating for all to enjoy. Next to the living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that includes all of the necessary cooking utensils.
During the summer months, guests will appreciate air conditioning. When you are ready to head upstairs for some privacy you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and TV. Each bedroom includes an en suite full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each offer 2 twin beds, convertible into King.
Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with grill, on-site free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room. This complex has no elevator. Located only two blocks from the Gondola, and two from City Market, you’ll have quick and easy access to Aspen’s most exciting attractions, without the need to rent a vehicle. You’ll also find golf, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, all within a few minutes. If it’s skiing you like, the bus station is two blocks away. Buses run constantly between Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk (X-Games), and Snowmass Village so you’ll have abundant transportation options throughout the Aspen valley.
