Our most popular building, the Fasching Haus is located in the heart of downtown Aspen featuring a beautiful exterior, spacious layouts, and wonderful on-site amenities. These Aspen condo rentals are located only two blocks from Aspen Mountain and Gondola Plaza and within walking distance to Lift 1A. No matter what time of the year you visit, Aspen is a vibrant mountain town loaded with exciting outdoor adventure opportunities, great bars and restaurants, and fantastic shopping.
After a long day's adventures, this garden-level condominium features a garden-level sitting area and sizable exterior entrance. The open living area is centered around a gas fireplace, a perfect setting to stretch out, put your feet up, and tell stories from an exciting day. Above the fireplace, you’ll appreciate a flat-screen television with plenty of space for all to enjoy. Next to the living area, you will find a dining table with seating for 4, ideal for a game of cards. The kitchen is a delight for entertainers with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The pool and BBQ are just steps from the patio.
When you are ready for some privacy you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and TV. The primary bathroom features a deep soaking tub and granite countertops. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds, convertible into King. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional guests.
Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with grill, on-site free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room. This complex has no elevator. Located only two blocks from the Gondola, and two from City Market, you’ll have quick and easy access to Aspen’s most exciting attractions, without the need to rent a vehicle. You’ll also find golf, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, all within a few minutes. If it’s skiing you like, the bus station is two blocks away. Buses run constantly between Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk (X-Games), and Snowmass Village so you’ll have abundant transportation options throughout the Aspen valley.
