Lift Tickets Guarantee
Our guarantee enables you to enjoy fantastic savings on lift tickets without any worries. Rest assured, you have nothing to lose, even if you don't utilize all of your lift ticket days.
- You will receive an in-resort credit for the daily value of any unused days on your lift ticket. Simply present your ticket at any ticket office, or contact us via phone or email within 14 days of expiration to claim your credit.
- This credit can be used toward future purchases of lift tickets, lessons, winter activities, or equipment rentals. Credits are valid for the current season or can be applied to a purchase until the end of the following winter. Please note that credits cannot be used for merchandise or food purchases.
- You may transfer your monetary credit to another person—just inform us who will be using the credit, and we’ll update it in their name.
- The credit is valid during the season in which it is issued and the subsequent winter season.
