Our most popular building, the Fasching Haus is located in the heart of downtown Aspen featuring a beautiful exterior, spacious layouts, and wonderful on-site amenities. These Aspen condo rentals are located only two blocks from Aspen Mountain and Gondola Plaza and within walking distance to Lift 1A. No matter what time of the year you visit, Aspen is a vibrant mountain town loaded with exciting outdoor adventure opportunities, great bars and restaurants, and fantastic shopping.
After a long day's adventures, this two-level townhouse boasts an open living area with high-end finishes and a welcoming fireplace. The south-facing deck overlooks the Fasching Haus pool. The large family room offers the perfect setting to stretch out beside a roaring fire, put your feet up, and tell stories from an exciting day. Next to the fireplace, you’ll appreciate a flat-screen television with plenty of space for all to enjoy. Next to the living area, you will find an expansive island with bar seating for eight, ideal for a game of cards.
