After a long day of skiing, the condo’s cozy living room offers the perfect setting to stretch out beside a roaring fire, put your feet up, and tell stories from an exciting day. This first-floor 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom deluxe condominium features excellent views and a wood-burning fireplace. Adjacent to the gas-burning fireplace, you’ll appreciate a flat-screen television. This condo features an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer great views of Aspen Mountain. Moving towards the back end of the condo, you'll find a fully equipped updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs to access this unit, and a maximum of two people are allowed to occupy this condo. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, dresser, flat-screen television, and work desk.
Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, outdoor grill, complimentary Aspen airport transfers, on-site free parking, and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator.

Buses run constantly between Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk (X-Games), and Snowmass Village so you’ll have abundant transportation options throughout the Aspen valley.
